My Glam scam?

So I was on twitter today and a few gurus had tweeted that they had peeled of the labels on the  xout shine control, and found that the bottle was actually " meaningful beauty by cindy crawford" Umm this is so not ok. Wow if $10 a month for their subscription is for products that aren't what they say they are.

 Im going to see what myglam says about this.. so far I heard that they stated " its a recycled bottle" well to me a recycled bottles doesn't have previous product info on it. I recycle my pepsi products, but i dont get coke labels under them LOL

Urban Decay book of shadows

I got this from haute look just a few days ago. I paid $25-25 for it. Then I also got the primer potion in the color sin. $9. Overall I got a super good deal on both products. I'm very happy with them.

L'Oreal Nail polish How Romantic #240

I picked this L'Oreal nail polish up the other day at CVS. I believe it was $5.99 approx.
It is a very pretty pale pink color. I needed to put 3 coats on my nails since it was very sheer on my nails.

The color has stayed on my nails fairly well. My revlon still holds up better but this was pretty good.
I have noticed it has started to get the crack effect at the sides of the nails. Which I do hate with nail polish :(

My Glam Feb 2012 valentines bag

So I got my first My Glam bag. It is $10.00 a month and you receive a few samples of beauty related products. I never did birchbox, so I decided to try this one out.
I'm overall happy with the bag. At first I wasn't to sure about it. But for the value You do get your $10.00 worth.

Stila Love at first Blush ULTA

Wow! I love this blush. The colors are so pretty! The top shade has shimmer, the middle is matte, and the bottom has shimmer. So after you blend them all together it makes this wonderful pink shade!

I cant say enough about it. And! it looks natural. It doesn't look like you over did your blush at all.

I got it at ulta for $14.00. They only had 2 in stock so I grabbed one :)

It has lasted all day and has stayed put. It also did not lose any "color" to it. It stayed pretty for over 10 hrs!

Ok so I got some goodies that I thought id share!!

 Just got this at ulta. The colors are so pretty. Love at first blush is the color. Shimmer and matte colors.

 I got recommend this product from another wonderful blogger :) smells so good. Cant wait to see if I get some good results. I needed something good for my skin. Walmart!

 More balm products :) I love the line. I got(left to right)  tender mauve and heavenly bliss. I love them. The heavenly bliss does have a bit more pigment.

 everyone is talking about how amazing this age rewind is so I got one in medium :)

 i want summer here now! I got something that will add a tint to my skin with a tiny amount of shimmer

 My current hair dye. It leaves my hair soft. However i think it is now discontinued. This was on clearance at ulta.

 This just came out,and I had to get it. I cant wait to start using this. I will do a review.

wanna see what I have been up to??

Well over the last 2 weeks we have been remodeling our lower level of our house, We bought our house 3 yrs ago come this July. We plan to sell the house this spring. So we had to make it pretty hehe.
We wanted to do the updated when we first moved in, but life got hectic.

So anyway. We had to rip out the ugly grey carpet we had that had green border lol and then we needed to paint the family room a more neutral color. To appeal to all buyers. The room was red, and had oak trim and oak ledges. The ledges got white paint, and the walls got a med grey shade.

It was a very time consuming project. I ripped up all the carpet and the carpet pad all by myself :) little miss girly girl hehe. Then I had to take out the carpet tack strips.. and that was a huge pain in the butt!

overall it was a ton of work and i even lost 2 pds doing it ROFL!

 I painted the insert black, and the mantel white and the ledges around the room white
