Hempz lotion- review

Ok so I know I have tried this stuff probably about 10 yrs ago. I wasn't to fond of it then. So I got a sample from ulta.
I tried it today.. and well .. ummm not so happy.

It does smell pretty good.. but i think its pretty highly scented if you want to apply lotion more then once a day. It does have a thicker consistency. Which is really nice for dry skin.
Here is my personal con- I put in on my hand to take the pic of the consistency and it started to burn my hand LOL so I rubbed it in.. and the burning kept happening. I also applied it to my elbow, since it is a thicker lotion i wanted to see if it would help the dry spot on my elbow. It also started to burn there as well. So I washed it off. The funny thing is that its paraben free.. which is odd. So I shouldn't of gotten sensitive from it.

So for me personally it looks like I had a reaction from this. I do have more sensitive skin ever since I had my 2nd child. So that could be why I got the reaction.

But it does smell pretty good, and have a thicker consistency which is nice.

Nads eyebrow wax

This is my ultimate fav for waxing! It is seriously the best possible eyebrow wax. There is no heating, no warming it up between your hands.
1) All you do is twist the bottom of the wand and the wax dispenses out of the top. It has a a teardrop looking applicator where the wax comes out of.

2)Then from there all you need to do is apply to any straw hairs you want to get rid of. Its super easy. Or use it to shape your brows.

If I can figure out how to do a video for youtube I will do a tutorial on this :) so send pointers if you them hehe. I have no idea how to edit or anything.

3)so final step is to put on the cloth strip they provide you with. Put it over the wax then make a quick pull and take it off the area where you applied the wax. Then poof your straws are gone. You might have a stubborn hair that you need to pluck or you can always just put the cloth strip back over the area with some wax. That is what I have done personally.

So yeah.. i give this a 10+++++ love love it!

Maybelline *make me pink* lipstick review-swatch & girl meets pearl swatch

I must say I love this shade! its a bit more pink then what I normally wear, but it is so pretty. The only con for this lipstick is I wish it was a bit more moisturizing. Its maybelline color sensational line.I also tried putting just some clear gloss on top and it made the color pop! it was so pretty. Last pic is with clear too faced mirror shine gloss.

I also wanted to try my sample of " girl meets pearl" by benefit. I wanted to see if it was like their highbeam. I must say I like high beam much more.  "Girl meets pearl" was more golden shimmer so I think on me personally it just didn't look great. I also just could not get it to photograph very well. So I did my  best and this is the pic I got.

I put it only my the top of my cheek bone. You can see there is shimmer. In person its just looks golden though.. so I didn't really like it. I think I will keep using my high beam :) but it might work better to if I didn't have such a small sample to..  so there is only such much product you can put on.

Ulta haul

wow I don't think I have gotten so many samples from ulta before LOL. I went online about a week ago and bought some items I have been needing to get. Of course they had an offer where you get a beauty bag filled with samples if you spent $35.00. Well that's easy enough to do lol. So I got some stuff :) and I'm in love with the bag with the samples they sent me.

First I got 2 of the maybelline color sensational lipsticks.  The one on the left is in "make me pink" the one on the right is "sugared almond"

 The " make me pink " offers a more pink lip. The "sugared almond" is more nude sheer color. I do like both shades. I  don't think its as moisturizing as I had hoped. But I always use a lip balm under all of my lipsticks and lip glosses.

 I also got 2 of the newer shades in the top speed line. Bubble and sugar plum. I love pinks so I had to grab bubble. Then sugar plum is a gorgeous shimmery plum fall color :) I will do NOTD for these :)

 Then I also got the falsies. I do love this stuff so this is a repurchase :) but I have never tried the great lash so I'm going to try it. I have heard 50/50 on this stuff. I hope it works well.

I picked up some pretty bobby pins that are pink and silver shimmery bobby pins. Very pretty. Then I'm trying out the essence eyebrow pencil in black. So far I think I like it. I will review it later.

Then my goodies ulta gave me for spending $35

 Gesh there was a lot in there beauty bad. Urban decay midnight cowboy lip gloss, then good size samples off some new facial products and a hair treatment. I plan to use some and do some reviews :) but I'm one happy girl :) i love freebies!

Im in love with buying new rings right now. I got some good deals at charlotte and target the week of thanksgiving and I thought I would share them.

I must add lol my hands look really pale in the pics lol!! wow normally I have a bit more color.. but its winter here :)

Revlons pink lingerie top speed nail polish

Here is another beautiful pink shade from revlons collection. I got mine at wallgreens this past week for $5.99. I love revlon polish. It holds up so well. No chipping. It wears off the tip of my nails normally by day 5 i think. Which for me is awesome. Being im a stay at home mom/wife. I do lots of cleaning and dishes lol so its awesome it holds up so well.

We went to benihanas for dinner. Then we came home and had friends over. Rob wanted to play beer pong lol he had never done it before. So he did that. I stayed inside with the girls mainly lol
